ARTCON is an organisation that specialises in providing First aid training courses, Health training courses, Safety training courses, and Fire safety training courses to individuals and businesses of all sizes, and which are available throughout the UK and Europe. Our aims are to:
- Provide a wide range of first aid, health, safety, and fire training courses and programmes suitable to all organisations irrespective of size or business
- Deliver and assess City and Guilds 7281 Teaching Awards.
- Offer flexible training courses and programmes adapted to the needs of the client
- Advise companies on the latest legal requirements
- Offer a consultancy service on all aspects of current and pending national and EU Directives in respect of health and safety.
- Supply and advise on safety; first aid, fire and rescue equipment.
On-site training
We are able to run courses at company venues, or another suitable location of your choice.
To help you decide on a venue, please note that for First Aid at Work courses are governed by HSE regulations, the venue chosen must meet the standards required by the HSE, which include the following:
All first aid and manual handling courses should be carried out in an area sufficiently large for the student to carry out the practical requirements of the course. In order to do this the room should be an area of no less than 15sq. foot of clear space per pair of students.
Other agencies
In addition to ARTCON scheduled courses, we have access to 17,000 additional courses run by other first aid training agencies at 250 training centres, so if you require a course that is outside our regular schedule, please contact us for details.
