Introduction
Under the current HSE regulations FAW certificates must be renewed every three years.
We have used the same approach in the design of this course as we have for our four day course. The activities of the first aider in the workplace have been identified; broken down into units of knowledge, and skills to be achieved.
All training units are relevant to the workplace.

- CPR
- Unconsciousness
- Wounds and bleeding
- Burns and scalds
- Injuries to muscles, ligaments and joints
- Fractures
